This place is enormous! The building of new homes and condo’s is non-stop and we are meeting lots of great new customers and service providers like ourselves working in the area. It’s a somewhat quiet time around the Wellen Park area with some folks coming back after Labor Day but still easy to get into the restaurants and the roads are very quiet. The new Costco is packed on the weekends, but light during the week. The neighborhoods surrounding are beautiful and we are really enjoying the time to get to know some of our new friends and clients better!

Below are some photos of recent projects! If we can be of assistance with your move-in checklist, please let us know! Also, best to get your requests in before the holiday rush when everyone returns to Venice in early November it will be harder to get your project done before Christmas.

We are very trustworthy and can access your property to assess and give estimates even while you are away. Some clients have us finish the work and send photos and videos. That’s another choice to get a head start on your new construction project!
