This Memorial Day weekend, Gopher Dave started work on our kitchen project at our house in Wellen Park. We have the Avelina neighborhood Sea Spray II model, which has a tray ceiling in kitchen offering endless possibilities for how to transform the space. After lots of contemplation, we decided on cedar planks to match the hallway, using the stain color Americana and it’s highly likely we’ll use the same color on our Lanai. There is also a tray ceiling in the Primary Bedroom, offering even more opportunities for customization!
